In 1988, I bought three acres of a trashed-out, rundown block and frame building two miles outside of the artsy resort community of Saugatuck, Michigan situated on Lake Michigan’s east shore. The place was an indescribable mess with infinite potential. The labors of love and sweat have produced a miraculous place to live and work. Yes! Miracles happen here!
